Download the dropbox batch file, run as admin and go through each of the steps in order. Do not skip any.

The icon should appear nearly immediately. Note that you may have to hit the hamburg menu a few times before you see the results, but you should get the ready/reserve if you want it. And eventually be able to view the report.
